Cops said he then pushed her to the ground and ripped off her underwear.

Harvey allegedly tried to touch the woman below the waist but two witnesses apparently saw the commotion and removed Harvey from the victim.

“That’s really unsafe,” said Mikaila Carroll, who frequents the store in Miami. “I would come into a Walmart to grocery shop.

“Just for somebody to come up to me, not thinking that somebody is going to come up to me, touching me, it’s just scary as a female too.”

Harvey was arrested on Sunday night by Miami-Dade officers.

“I don’t even know what to say, I’m at a loss of words,” shopper Kayla Carter told Local10.

“Where is the protection? It’s a shame, it’s a shame there are kids that come here, there are families.”

Few details were provided about the two witnesses who reportedly saw the commotion and jumped in to help the victim.

Harvey was in court on Monday where it was revealed that he was already on probation.

He has been ordered to have no contact with the victim and to stay away from Walmart.

His bond is set at $50,000.
